The Many are about to be in the house, again! This time sharing some of their new music for Lent. Along with special guest, Rob Clearfield.
Lent is the church season when people often try to take some time to be still and listen more closely for God’s voice, and listen more deeply to their own lives, to what they might want less of, what they might need more of.
Yet, in our crazy, busy schedules, that’s not so easy to do.
Here’s something that could help.
Imagine a lovely candlelit space, surrounded by like-minded folks, sharing prayers, poems, scripture and communion, and singing songs that speak truthfully of our faith and doubt, our longings and laments.
Leading in the singing will be The Many, and one of Chicago’s most talented keyboardists and composers, Rob Clearfield, with some new songs written just for Lent.
Held in the beautiful home of Phillip, Lizette and Sarah-Jayne Austin, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, it’s easy to get to, and there’s plenty of parking available.
It will be a night sure to inspire a more meaningful experience of this season, as well as a time to meet new people and enrich relationships.
We hope you’ll join us. RSVP since space is limited to 50.
